Rebuilt Parts

This portion applies to parts rebuilt outside of NPDL and ERI. These companies are 3rd parties and do not have any ties to National Parts. This includes companies such as Esco, PMP Corporation, Richards, OPW, etc.

The warranty policy of the manufacturing company will apply. This information will vary. Information can be supplied at the time of purchase.

Items rebuilt by ESCO are subject to the ESCO 1 year warranty policy excluding printers which are subject to a 90 day policy. Our (NPDL) issuing a warranty replacement is subject to an authorized return request from ESCO and their issuing a warranty replacement or credit.

New Parts

The warranty policy of the manufacturing company will apply. This information will vary. Information can be supplied at the time of purchase.

During the warranty period listed, NPDL agrees to replace and/or repair any equipment that fits the criteria of the applicable warranty policy. Any items returned for warranty to our lethbridge warehouse must be shipped prepaid, unless written approval is given by NPDL. NPDL will not be held responsible for any shipping costs incurred during a warranty replacement.
