ERI Limited Warranty

ERI is the name of the electronics repair/rebuild division inside National Parts (NPDL). For the purpose of this document, this division will be referred to as ERI and the warranty will be enforced by NPDL.

Rebuilt Parts

ERI warrants that our rebuilt products will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 365 days (1 year), with the exception of printers which shall be warranted for 180 days (6 Months). This period begins from either the date of invoice to the customer or from the date the part is installed as indicated by the Warranty Registration Card included with each rebuilt part that has been returned to NPDL.

This warranty only applies to the part or component itself and will not cover any supplimentary costs (labour, shipping, mileage, etc). Deciding what is or isn't covered or included is subject to change and can change at any time at the discretion of NPDL. Damage caused by (but not limited to) misuse, improper installation, modifications, unauthorized repair, or other factors outside the normal operation of the part are not covered. Printers that show signs of damage to either the electronic or mechanical components resulting from (but not limited to) paper or ribbon jams, user error, or similar are considered improper use and therefore not covered by this warranty.

New Parts

Any new parts or components sold by ERI or under the ERI name will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

During the warranty period listed, ERI agrees to replace and/or repair any equipment that fits the criteria of this limited warranty. Any items returned for warranty to our lethbridge warehouse must be shipped prepaid, unless written approval is given by NPDL. NPDL will not be held responsible for any shipping costs incurred during a warranty replacement.
