Particulate Filtration
Particulate filters remove contaminates such as dirt, rust, and microbial growth (non-liquid contamination).
The filter media captures the particulate.

Water Detection and Particulate Filtration
These filters capture particulate and detect excess water.
When water-contaminated fuel passes through the filter, the media swells and restricts flow
to notify the operator that water is present and action is required.
These filters are recommended wherever possible.

Petroleum Adaptors
Cim-Tek Petroleum Mounting Adaptors are available in aluminum and cast iron.
These adaptors are specifically designed to work with Cim-Tek petroleum filters
and include features like gauge ports and bypasses.
The Ultimate Defense label (or shield) means you're seeing the best media offered by Cim-Tek.
Filters with this label all contain at least one layer of Microglass media.
Compared to Cellulose, Microglass's synthetic fibers generally provide increased retention,
lower clean filter differential pressure, and less resistance to fluid flow.
